My Students

My students are very eager to learn, are motivated, collaborative, and competitive.

My students are resilient, intelligent, city kids from very diverse cultures.

There are 11 different languages in my class, a large number of students with disabilities, and there are many kids who are experiencing homelessness.

In many ways they are already under-served and underprivileged in a city that does not fully fund education, so your donation will help students get ahead with hands-on, project-based learning materials, materials for clean learning environments, and tools for teachers to keep students safe on a daily basis.

My Project

Thank you for donating to my classroom. I have successfully used Donorschoose for 10 years now to ensure all my students have a snack each day while at school to fuel their learning. Due to Covid-19-and Omicron, snack becomes a little more complicated at school. Students must eat outside and teachers need a quick and safe way to distribute snack to the socially distanced students. Individually wrapped snacks are both more expensive and run out quicker. Your donation will ensure we stay stocked all year and that students stay safe and full!
