Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love how my students bring their own personalities, ideas, and energy into our classroom every day. They are curious, funny, resilient, and capable of so much when they feel supported and encouraged. As 6th graders, they are learning how to become more independent students while navigating many new academic and social experiences.Each resource I receive will help create a welcoming classroom where my students feel cared for and ready to learn. Snacks will help students stay focused and energized throughout the school day, while classroom supplies and learning materials will provide them with the tools they need to participate, collaborate, and be successful. My goal is to make sure every student feels that they belong, their learning matters, and they have what they need to thrive.
