My Project

As a middle school teacher I am always looking for ways to develop stronger relationships with my students. One way I accomplish this is through a positive behavior plan. I reward students who conduct themselves with excellence in the classroom academically and socially.

The Smencils will be used as rewards and incentives for students who show these positive behaviors in the classroom.

Middle school can be a difficult time for many students. I want to support my students in developing positive social emotional skills that will serve them well beyond their school years.
