My third grade students are creative and excited young that use technology to research and develop projects that will enhance their learning and passion for learning. In my classroom we plant the seeds for finding a platform in which they can all water daily through their imagination and sow into a beautiful and creative work that takes them beyond the classroom.
My students are out of the box thinkers and use their imagination to soar above what you would expect a third grader to do.
They find their passion and fly! They view their classroom as a diving board to prepare to dive head first into learning, creating, and becoming successful young learners.
My students need a projector in order to help enhance their learning through use of our SmartBoard and their Chromebooks. Technology is a key factor in helping our future writers, scientists, doctors, teachers, etc... grow and find their passion! We are very fortunate to live and teach in such a support community.
My Project
Our students use our SmartBoard and technology with every lesson! In order to successfully continue learning through this technological avenue, we need a new digital LCD projector. My students constantly collaborate using technology in their daily work and research, especially as we learn and develop our skills together! A new digital projector will allow me as a teacher to reach my all my students and actively engage their young minds as we explore and create together!
By donating to this project, this new technology will allow me to share resources and new learning avenues to help all students navigate their way through the curriculum.
This will help assure that everyone has a chance at success no matter their chosen educational path. In our competitive world, it is necessary to give every opportunity to our children and students the open door to succeed.
