My Project
Our second-grade class is in need of a kidney-shaped desk. This desk will enable students to do their best learning during small group instruction. Right now students sit in the meeting area on the floor which isn't very comfortable for them.
We are also requesting wiggle stools.
Many students have sensory needs and it is difficult for them to sit in their seats for long periods of time. The wiggle seats will enable students to be able to move around on the stool while learning.
Lastly, we are requesting reading trackers. Some students have difficulty keeping their place when they are reading books. Using a reading tracker helps students keep track of where they need to be on the page. Overall this learning tool helps improve students reading.
