My Project

Phonics, phonological awareness, and writing skills are essential in the Kindergarten classroom to develop basic language development skills.

Small group differentiated instruction allows students to be taught based on their unique needs with other alike learners.

Students will use these manipulatives to help their mind to hand connection to start reading words and sentences. These also give students confidence in their learning. I will be able to continue to help my students with the use of these Guided Phonics manuals and reading kit.

They will be used with ease during small group intervention time that will be done each and every day. With the lessons right there, ready to be taught and used, we just need them! I want to continue to create future leaders of the next generation. In order to be able to do this, these manuals will be needed and be helpful in achieving this goal.

Small groups enable teachers to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs, strengths, and areas for growth, helping to close learning gaps. Small group settings encourage collaboration and communication as students learn from and support one another. Hand2Mind provides educational tools that enhance learning, particularly in small group settings. These resources help students acquire essential skills through interactive and hands-on experiences.

Manipulative-based materials support kinesthetic learning, making abstract concepts more tangible, especially in subjects like math and science.
