The children are able to focus on one letter at a time and complete multiple games and activities all stored in one place.\r\nEach week when we begin to focus on a new letter I introduce the corresponding letterbox. We will complete the activities together at Circle time and then children are allowed to choose it during independent work time. The busy box station is usually full of children engaging with fun and age appropriate learning materials. As the seasons and our topics for learning change, we are able to add new books to the library and expand the level interaction and academics that the children are practicing independently.\r\nThis library has made the morning routine in our classroom relaxing and enjoyable for the students. Children like to select their own book, work with peers or by themselves to get our day started.
