This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This Flipchart will benefit students working in smaller instructional groups within the classroom. While the teacher focuses on the class as a whole I can support pockets of students experiencing additional challenges with understanding mathematics skills and concepts. The purpose is to aid in my ability to move seamlessly between 5 different mathematics classrooms with the ability to model and demonstrate concepts to students in any area of a classroom. These students are excited about learning, and I want to get them more excited about learning and understanding math, a subject that has been traditionally misunderstood!
