My Project

These items will help provide the students with some of the tools they need to succeed. I work with a great group of special education students. Despite their differences, they persevere and are excited to learn and work towards their individual goals. I push into the classroom and I am limited on the space that I have to provide the students with a place to learn. We use white boards and markers across all of our small groups. We use them to work on math problems, practice our phonics goals, and share ideas for our upcoming writing piece.

White boards are a great interactive tool to use to share ideas and responses with one another.

The large white board and storage will allow me to have a space that I can work with the students on our lessons and move from room to room with the materials that we need.

The students use headphones with their computers to work on a number of academic websites. I want to be able to provide my students with headphones in order to best interact with these great programs that are available to them.
