My Project

Even at the elementary level, small celebrations make a BIG difference in how students feel about school AND themselves as little humans learning to maneuver through the BIG world. Each day, my students come to school and work hard to meet the learning goals and expectations of our classroom and are deserving of recognition for their progress! I want to celebrate their victories with tokens of...Tenacity --fun trinkets, toys, and treats that my Kiddos love

With these small celebrations, I can help students feel a sense of pride and ownership of their learning.

When students accomplish Lead Measures in Reading and/or Math or even demonstrate examples of Leadership -kindness, respect, perseverance-- students can choose from the variety of of celebrations and put in place a plan to get to that Kinetic Sand they noticed after they had already opened their bag of Takis for reaching a new level on their Math programs!
