My Project

We are engaged in a multi-year project to improve our Weight Room facility. Most of our improvements, thus far, have been in the way of paint, cleaning and room organization. We teach about 150 students throughout the academic day and another 100-150 student-athletes after school.

We are at the point now, where we need to upgrade our strength training equipment.

Slam Balls can be used for several core and power exercises.
