My students make me smile every day. Each one is unique and brings something special to our "family" as we learn and grow together. We work to develop relationships with classmates daily. My students enjoy learning and working together to create a community that develops a sense of belonging and value within our classroom. We learn to interact and support others throughout the school day, no matter what a student may be facing in their lives outside of school.
My students bring unique personalities and backgrounds into our classroom and need flexible seating to increase their level of engagement in our curriculum.
I love watching each of them work to set goals to reach their potential. We all know it is important to respect the strengths of others and to help to encourage the struggles. My students are an inspiration! They truly care about each other and are willing to be the friend that offers a hug or words of encouragement.
My Project
Our classroom environment focuses on individual uniqueness and collaboration. An important aspect of this environment is allowing students to create their best possible learning space. Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. If students are comfortable, motivating and engaging them in content is easy. Students love the idea of making a choice that will benefit them and make them feel successful.
My students are more engaged within the content when given a choice of their best learning space.
The products that I have selected will help my students to have additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The drafting stools will allow students to sit at higher tables.
