My Students

Kindergarten is such an exciting time! My students come to school at various developmental, educational, and economic backgrounds, but they have one thing in common...they're eager to LEARN! I want to provide a safe, happy, and comfortable learning environment for each child.

In our classroom, we are a family.

Our school is a low income school. Many of my students come from single-parent homes, or they are living with someone other than their parents. My children come to school looking for an inviting place to learn and grow. My goal is to make this happen!

My Project

Do you remember Schoolhouse Rock? It was fun to learn about language, government, science, and math. We remember what a conjunction is and how a bill becomes a law because the lessons were set to music! We will learn songs about letters & sounds, math, and social skills to name a few.

By donating to our project, you will help bring joy and retention to learning with music.

I strive to make our classroom a community of happy learners. Through music and movement, ALL children can feel successful. A community of learners is enhanced when children and teachers enjoy something together!
