My Project

I strongly believe that hands-on learning is important to a student's connection to any material. This especially becomes true in Social Studies. This is due to the fact that in this subject, it is harder for students to actually touch the past. All of the products that I have asked for will be used in creating simulations around different things in history to get the students up and moving around in my three classes. We are hoping to obtain a laminator value pack, digital wall clock and a presenter remote control.

I work in a school that is for students with high anxiety.

This being said, sitting at a desk all day becomes extremely difficult for them, and the best way I have found to alleviate that is to get them moving in any way possible.
