Now that we are more than half-way through the school year, we need a few miscellaneous supplies to meet our needs.
I teach 1st grade at an amazing public school in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
I love the enthusiasm my students have towards learning. It is their enthusiasm that encourages me to look for ways to enhance my teaching and find great, innovative materials to make learning fun. Their love of learning is what drives me to give them the best because that is what they deserve!
My Project
My students earn school money for working hard, completing their daily jobs, and good deeds. On Fridays, they get paid and visit my store. Not only does this teach important money skills but they also learn about hard work. My students need new Smilemaker pencils and erasers for their selection at the store.
We also need basic cleaning supplies like antibacterial spray and hand soap to keep us healthy. We are also requesting hand sanitizer to place next to our tissue boxes to promote healthy living and responsibility.
Please help me continue to reward good effort, neat handwriting, positive behavior, and quality work with some awesome new reward pencils and erasers.
We also can use help keeping our classroom clean and germ free!
