Help me give my students better access to technology. Having keyboards for our school counseling team's sign-in tablets would be a huge help!

My Project

Our School Counseling team is incorporating the use of tablets into our daily routines with students, allowing them to sign-in when visiting our offices. This allows us to track numbers of visits, review data in regards to which students are being seen the most and which students could use additional support, as well as ensure that students' attendance is being recorded accurately.

Having keyboards along with our tablets will allow us to do even more with students.

Our tablets could provide a more efficient means of survey completion, allow for increased interaction during classroom lessons, and provide access to an additional device for students to utilize for web searches and college applications.

Additionally, having keyboards will increase access for our English Language Learners, allowing a separate screen for more efficient translation/interpretation when conversing with us.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
