Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When students master a skill in school, their faces beam with pride. Kids have been running home waving their tests yelling "Mom! Dad! I did it!" for as long as kids have been attending school. Kids love to share new skills they've learned. Whether that be a new vowel team pair they can read, or a page full of multiplication facts they've passed off.

I want to give my students various fun ways to show off all that they've learned.

When we're learning our language components I want my students to take home an umbrella with raindrops of adjectives falling from it. After we've mastered base ten values I want them to show Mom and Dad their base ten robot with a hundreds square body and thin tens stick arms.

Teachers Pay Teachers has millions of these types of resources on it. I am asking for a TPT gift card to help me purchase some of these projects to use in my classroom. I am confident my students will love creating them, sharing them, and keeping them on display to show how much their brains have grown!
