My Project

Art is a form of expression. Therefore the art supplies such as the acrylic paint markers, paints, and canvases will enable students to display their creativity to their fullest potential for an end-of-the-year celebration. My students love having art in the classroom, and when we can take a math or history lesson and create an art project, they are even more excited.

As my class grows closer to the end of their elementary school experiences, I'd love for them to have something to remember it all by.

My students have completely blown me away with their creativity this year. From their writings to their drawings, to their Lego creations (Yes, even in the 5th grade, they love spending time at the Lego table), they wow me every day. In our class, we use art as a form of relaxation and it has been a wonderful tool for our social-emotional needs as we traveled this 5th grade year together. We have bonded so much over art in our class and it's why I'd like to end our year creating a piece of art they can hang onto for years to come.
