My Students

Students at our school are described as the "hardest working students" as they have a great amount of perseverance despite facing challenges in their lives. Many of my students come from low-income families and trauma situations that make learning and social interactions difficult.

In light of the challenges that they face, they do not allow that to stop them from coming to school ready to learn and explore new knowledge!

Helping these amazing little people develop into inquisitive learners is an amazing experience every single day!

My Project

My third grade students are working hard at developing their 21st century technology skills. We do an enormous amount of typing in our classroom. We connect our learning using Google Classroom and showcase our understanding with slides, presentations, and other digital media. It would be amazing and encouraging for students to have the ease of printing in our classroom so they can easily showcase all their hard work. Students will be compiling all their printed projects in their data notebooks to share with their families or displaying their work in the classroom. Students love to see their hard work printed and it gives them motivation and encouragement to really get creative!
