My Project

The students that attend my school are extraordinary students who love to create. Many of the students here utilize art as an outlet of expression. By providing interchangeable artwork frames, we can encourage kids to cherish their hard work and admire the work of others! The demographics are diverse: Forty-eight percent African American, six percent Hispanic, forty-two percent Caucasian and a total of fifty-six percent are economically disadvantaged. Our students are capable and eager. I’m asking for magnetic picture frames, so I can use them year after year. These picture frames will be hung in the hallway with our students' artwork in them for all others to enjoy.

This project is important because it gives the students ownership of our school building.

They also find displaying their work empowering and are always so proud to show their family members and friends!
