Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to read all kinds of books. They are all in bins but are very hard to see because they are all hidden in there one behind the other. There are books in my bins that never get chosen.

With this new book display the students will be able to see the covers of many many books at once to more book titles than ever before.

I can't wait until they see all those wonderful books that were stuck way at the bottom of my bins.

The Pie Face game will be a great game not only for indoor recess, but I plan to use for team review for Math. I will separate students into two teams and they will work out math problems, I will end up checking their work and they will pick a teammate to go against another player to play "Pie Face". The winner of the game gets the point. This is an engaging way to make math fun!

I have also a sticker store. Every Friday the students can shop the sticker store for a job well done. I love how they get excited for the sticker vareties!
