Help me give my students a welcoming and organized classroom! I want my fourth grades to feel comfortable and look forward to reading. With different seating and book options, my students will always look forward to reading!

My Project

Thank you for taking the time to read my DonorsChoose project! This upcoming school year, I will be teaching 25+ fourth graders literacy and math. I am so excited to support my students in their learning this year- they are a bright and determined group!

For many of my students, my classroom is the one place where they can feel the most like themselves.

I want my students to love reading as much as I do, with the variety of chapter books I am asking for, my students will be able to see themselves represented in stories that will make them excited about what will happen next.

A classroom library is usually a favorite part of a classroom for so many students- they can relax with a good book of their choice, participate in a student-led book club, and have a place in the classroom that is welcoming and relaxing for all.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
