My students need iPad minis so they can reflect their work on our Apple TV. These iPads will put the power of learning in my students' hands.

My Students

My students are a technologically driver group. We use devices in our classes every day. It was brought to my attention by my students that it would be empowering to them if they could mirror their work for the rest of the class to see and reflect on.

My English students are tech savvy and want to do more student lead lessons.They love using technology and feel it enhances their learning.

We do many projects where having an iPad mini in our small groups to mirror their thoughts and ideas would benefit the whole class instruction. Right now we have to use whiteboards to display their work and it makes it hard for my students to see and reflect on each other's work. We have a brand new Apple TV begging for my students to make full educational use of.

My Project

iPad Minis will help my students take control of their learning and teach those around them.

Right now we use whiteboards on a daily basis in my reading and writing class.

The use of whiteboards allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their What becomes a problem is the fact that the markers never seem to last, erasers seem to disappear, and the whiteboards slowly become stained from frequent use.

By having iPad Minis, students will be able to avoid all of these problems and focus on increasing their learning! They can display their work on our TV and reflect on each others work. This will help empower them as life long learners.
