Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our school encourages the students to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities.
Our students invest their time and effort in improving their communities, as well as their academic experience.
My idea as a high school soccer coach is to ignite a flame within them, rather than a fire beneath them. I want to bring out the best in each person and give them the best possible chance to achieve their goals.
We have a group of about 30 great young women on our team. These student-athletes, particularly the younger teammates, are excellent at recognizing and assisting one another.
Our student-athletes are known for their sportsmanship, commitment, perseverance, and desire to support one another. Our team's strength comes from the ability to work together. They have the opportunity to devote their time to something they enjoy every day, and I attempt to provide the ideal atmosphere for their development.
My Project
These soccer balls will give our program more resources for our team to improve in this sport that we love. The team is made up of talented and hard-working individuals who all have the same aim in mind. I hope when receiving these soccer balls and shirts they will motivate my players to improve their skills and invest their lives into this sport. Sports can offer opportunities and lessons that are not always available in the classroom.
With these shirts and balls, the program will grow and improve and motivate our players to become better student-athletes.
The products I have chosen are truly useful for the team. I truly believe that these items will motivate them and will allow the program to grow and give them opportunities to gain recognition that they have never received in the past.
