Shoes For My Older Students

My Students

My older students our more out spoken and want to present a good self image of themselves. They want to fit in with the crowds and be accepted by their peers. Hopefully the new shoes will help them feel good about themselves.

My Project

We are trying to provide new sneakers for all of our students at our elementary school. Our little school is located in a very rural area and a good majority of our students live in a single parent home or with relatives like grandparents or aunts and uncles who are stretched to the max financially. If we can provide a pair shoes to these children it will help lift the burden on the families and the children will be able to have the comfort of new warm shoes to wear.
