My students are 3 sections of graduating eighth-graders and two sections of 7th graders. Middle schoolers are full of life and energy and eager to learn more about the world around them. As their science teacher, I hope to open their eyes to the passion and fun of science through my class! At this age, I am starting to build in them a foundation for science that will carry them through high school and beyond. Help me achieve my goals of opening doors for my students.
Earlier this year, I had the privilege of being blessed to receive a classroom printer through DonorsChoose. It has made a tremendous difference in our classroom and has been invaluable to us! Alas, the time has come where we are running out of ink for it- specifically black ink which is used to print class handouts and scaffolds for kids.
As their teacher, I strive to bring the best learning opportunities to my kids, and part of that is ensuring they have adequate supplies for continued success.
My kids are constantly hard at work and one of their needs is constantly asking for the pencil sharpener- I would like to ease their needs by bringing them an electric sharpener. Furthermore, since we are a science classroom, we are constantly doing messy activities and go through a ton of Clorox wipes!
