My Project

Teaching at a Title I school has its challenges, especially when it comes to student supplies. I am asking for supplies to start off my year strong in August. Despite having school supply lists, a lot of parents are not able to provide necessities like dry erase markers, glue, construction paper, folders, white board erasers, index cards, sticky notes and crayons. Along with supplies, chair back pockets provide students with safe places to put supplies and stay organized.

When a student comes to school fully prepared for the day, it sets the student up for a successful day.

Just like my students, I need certain supplies to help me create a successful learning experience. I am asking for white board magnets and dry erase magnets to help organize groups and for my students to use to keep track of assignments. The podium will allow a place for my laptop and assist me in actively teaching.

I look forward to having a classroom filled with tiny humans (and one teacher) who have every supply they need to start their school year off successfully.
