My Project

Middle school students are a very special age group. They come to school every day ready to figure out their priorities; sometimes they need help re-regulating in order to focus on learning rather than the many other things on their minds.

Providing sensory items in the classroom helps them get their energies out in a less disruptive manner.

Special needs students are included in my classroom, but these tools help all students when the time is right. I value providing sensory items for students who need them.

The items on this project will help provide options for ALL students.
