This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The use of sensory tools can promote engagement with the subject. Additionally, they can support the growth of social abilities, emotional control, and regulation of classroom management. The use of sensory aids can greatly enhance concentration and attention.

These sensory tools I've chosen will assist kids in de-stressing, stimulating themselves more, and improving their social skills.

Sand trays and bean bag alphabet letter toys will keep children entertained and engaged. Students can practice social skills while learning to play together with the magnetic fishing game.

Children may completely engage with their surroundings when they feel safe and comfortable in their setting. Learning requires a combination of openness and curiosity. The same goes for stimulation from individuals and the environment. Early childhood schooling should therefore include proper classroom decor. That is why materials such as a cricut will help me create this warm and fun environment for them.

Nevertheless, sensory aids can help students calm, increase their level of stimulation, and socialize more effectively.
