This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The best way to learn is to have fun when you are doing it! Help my students create authentic learning experiences with their peers!
My students are energetic, curious and ready to learn!
They strive to make the best of their situation. Many are from low socio-economic backgrounds. Our school is an IB school located in an urban setting. We have a diverse student population and are trying to create an atmosphere of cooperation and respect.
My Project
These materials will allow me to provide engaging and relevant center activities for reading and math not the same old worksheets! With these materials my students will be able to practice key concepts that are covered in class. They will be able to independently
My students will be able to enhance their understanding of topics they will be tested on.
They will create authentic learning experiences with their peers and learn how to work together. They will discover how to problem solve in peer groups, and allow me time to pull small groups of students who need one on one attention while students with a better understanding can synthesize their knowledge with fun center activities!
