This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students who are 14 to 17-year-old high schoolers who are in charge of the school store where they sell can collect money from purchases. They also take turns being buyers and cashiers in their classroom store. In both environments I would like for them to be able to use a cash register that is more advanced than the learning types geared to younger children.

Being able to provide my students with multiple opportunities to practice with and be exposed to the use of how money is used is my greatest endeavor.

The tablecloths are to assist in making our school store look more professional.
