Self-Managing Students Become Self-Managing Adults!

Help me give my students positive reinforcement through self-manager badges! As students show us through their positive behaviors during the day, we honor them through giving them self-manager badges after going through an application process.

My Students

Our students at Boze are amazing! We follow the four "bees" - be respectful, be responsible, be kind, be safe. We honor the positive behavior we see in our students and strive to have a positive and cheerful environment for our students.

We are lucky to be able to work with the students we have at Boze Elementary!

By honoring their positive behaviors, we are able to encourage students and help them grow into amazing, resourceful, and capable members of our community.

My Project

At B. Elementary, we love honoring positive behaviors! Teachers observe and encourage students to "self-manage"; meaning, they are showing adults at all times in all environments that they can show us the four "bees". They are respectful, responsible, kind, and safe in all situations. Students have a sense of pride when they are a self-manager, as they are able to wear a badge around the school that acts as their hall pass and gives them special privileges.

The donations to this project will fund the actual materials needed to make the badges and gives the students a sense of self-worth!

Students apply to become self-managers, after being given the application by their teacher and have to receive signatures from six adults before they receive their badge.
