Help me give my students hand sanitizer, Bandaids, snacks, and Kleenex for new self-care stations and replenish the current depleted stations. Students use the stations daily to give a boost to their physical and mental health.
I am thrilled to continue our Self-Care station project aimed at creating a nourishing, healing, and comforting environment for the exceptional students at our academy. Our students are not only unique in their diverse backgrounds but also resilient and inspiring individuals who navigate the challenges of high school life with determination and grace.
The students exhibit remarkable strength and perseverance, facing the demands of academics, extracurriculars, and personal responsibilities.

These resources will enable students to manage stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a positive mindset. By fostering a culture of self-care, we aim to contribute to their overall well-being, both academically and personally. A stress-free mind is more receptive to learning. By providing a dedicated Self-Care Station in more classrooms we hope to create a positive learning environment that allows students to thrive academically.
