Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting are for my Calm Corner and in my classroom in general. The items will make a difference in our classroom by creating a calm and trusting environment. I have also created pillows with inspiring words to keep them inspired. This is also something I want to continue making for them. Using the heat press and the vinyl will help me accomplish that.

I have also requested a few food items.

My goal is to have a classroom that feels safe and welcoming at all times. My students are such amazing students who sometimes have to deal with unfortunate events in their lives, but they always come in with a beautiful smile.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
