My Project
So many students have returned to the classroom lacking social and emotional skills that include teamwork, emotional regulation, and the ability to sit and listen and tolerate the idiosyncrasies that make every individual unique.
This project will support students by providing fidget tools to help students stay in their seats during instruction; board games to foster teamwork, skills regarding following established rules, and bonding within the classroom; art supplies to support student engagement for those who aren't the strongest academically; and academic task cards to support mini lessons in literacy.
