My Students

My students may be from a small community in central Wisconsin, but they have big dreams! I learn something new every day that I have the privilege of teaching these amazing young people. Being the only art teacher in our 7-12 building I get to know all of my students on a personal level. This allows me to build connections and adjust my lessons to better suit the needs and interests of my students. These kids have a huge roll in determining what we learn and create together!

My Project

Although our high school currently offers a photography class, we lack certain essential supplies, cameras! With the increased interest in the photography class and the benefits it offers to students developing portfolios, the need for these Cannon Rebel cameras is no longer avoidable.

The Cannon Rebel is a great student camera and will allow my students to have hands on experience with documenting the world around them, as well as exploring the potential to create their own worlds with photography.

Access to the Cannon Rebel will allow my students to explore photography outside of the lens of their smart phones.
