My Students

My students range from Pre-K to 6th grade. This includes Special Education classes as well. They love coming to the library, not just to borrow books, but for the fun, engaging lessons and activities presented to them. They thrive on visual and hands-on learning much more than just auditory.

My Project

Covid-19 Protocol requires students to be placed at least three feet apart. In the library this puts many of the students at least 25 feet back from the front of the room. This makes it extremely difficult for students to see, read, and participate in activities.

Having a projector and document camera will provide my students with the visual aspect of learning that they are so receptive to in this computer age.

It will open up a whole world of teaching options that could not be done before.

This technology is vital to teaching in today's digital world.
