Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am enjoying every moment in second grade this year! Now that it is mid year, I need basic supplies to conduct lessons and interventions. While supplies were ordered, I do not have enough glue, basic supplies or tools needed for the year. I want to make sure I have enough supplies to reach and teach each student! I want to make sure the students will have everything they need to succeed in second grade. Thank you for your support!
My Project
The supplies will help make a difference in the students’ learning by allowing them to complete the tasks that they have to. Many of the supplies are every day tools that we need to do our work and be successful during a regular school day. It will also help us stay organized and be able to complete our work.
Though we are off to a good start, we need some help to successfully continue the school year.
We are running out of basic supplies that allow us to complete our tasks and help us learn. I do not have any basic supplies left to conduct daily lessons. We are running very low on pencils, crayons, and glue. We also have no scissors and we are down to one pencil sharpener that is holding on! These supplies will make a difference in the students lives. It will allow them to have the supplies that they weren’t able to purchase in the beginning of the year. Thank you!
