My Project

Social Studies has taken a back seat in elementary education.

The books I am requesting will help give my students resources to use to learn social studies from.

Many of the social studies texts that I have are dated.

I have also added a gift card to Teachers Pay Teachers. This is a website that has excellent resources I can purchase to use with my students.

You will also find a box of fruit snacks. There are times where we have field trips and our schedule is thrown of where students are eating at different times of the day. Not all of my students can afford to bring in a snack so it will be helpful to have some readily available any time they are feeling hungry and it isn't close to a meal time.
