My Students
My students from are from a diverse, vibrant, urban city outside of Boston. My 5th graders are enthusiastic learners who are creative, curious and passionate about their learning. In our classroom we practice a number of different learning strategies to meet our diverse student needs and prioritize student choice.
My Project
My students are hard workers and avid readers, but we are in need of flexible seating for collaborative and independent work. Many of my students have high needs that cannot be met with traditional classroom furniture. Flexible seating in our classroom will help my students feel safe, focused, supported and ready to learn. Providing diverse seating options for my students will not only refresh our classroom, it will help students maintain their focus and will keep them engaged in their learning. Flexible seating allows students to "fidget," while keeping them engages and in their seats. Help us support diverse learning styles with brand new flexible seating options!
