My Project

When students are able to make choices that affect their learning, they become more engaged in learning experiences. This results in more retention of material and personal success. These seating choices will allow all students to take ownership in their learning and will support their needs in the classroom.

The students in my school truly deserve the best, as they are hard workers and thrive on being challenged.

My hope is to create a learning environment that is both welcoming and supportive.

Allowing for flexible seating in the classroom encourages collaboration among students, use of problem solving skills, and facilitation of cooperative learning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
