My Students

A typical day in Mrs. A's room is filled first with creative writing. There's nothing like a fun and thoughtful prompt to get the day going. You'll find students engaged in grammar singing through the lyrics of a Flocabulary video. My students love working in cooperative reading groups.

I teach a total of 67 rambunctious boys and girls in 5th grade Reading and Language Arts.

My students are all so very different in their own special and unique ways which makes me love them! My school is absolutely amazing! It's filled with teachers that really care about the success of their students.

My Project

With seat sacks my students will be more organized than ever.

Instead of turning in crumpled papers and assignments with shoe prints, they'll be able to take more pride in the quality of their work. Their books and folder won't be accidentally kicked across the room, and they'll leave my class with only their belongings.
