My Students

We live in a small town and our school houses about 250 amazing students. My classroom of 15 bright students is one of the kindest groups I have ever taught. I love and each every member of our class family; their energy, kindness, and attitude towards learning makes every day...an awesome day.

We are a high need school with 100% of our student population receiving free breakfast, lunch, and snack.

A majority of my students live in poverty and school is their safe environment. Through grants, my classroom has been funded to be a "kids fit" room where my desks and furniture are bicycles. I have students whose lives have already been changed from the ability to move throughout the day. In our K-4 school, our classroom is the only one who gets this amazing opportunity. My students work so hard through the day and showing a small amount of appreciation will impact their futures greatly.

My Project

This requested storage container would benefit my 15 fourth graders greatly. My students need a place to keep their personal belongings in my classroom. Currently my students have to keep their individual crayons, markers, and notebooks under their chairs at their desks. This is not conducive to a good fourth grade learning environment.

My students need storage space for their belongings in my fourth grade classroom.

My student will use this storage container everyday and because of its durability, I will be able to use this in future years.

Please help my students gain more storage space in my classroom and help them become more successful students.
