My Project
Our students would love the opportunity to explore sculpting. You can teach art without it, but for the kids to get into it and enjoy it, clay is needed.
Using clay for sculpting benefits students by fostering creativity, and promotes problem-solving and cognitive development, which we could all improve upon.
Having a therapeutic outlet for self-expression and emotional regulation gives our students life-changing coping skills.
As an alternative school, our students come with different backgrounds and experiences, but they can all use art as a path to become engaged in learning.
