My Students
My students love to learn. They are like little sponges soaking up everything I have to share with them. They enjoy learning new tricks and drawing out what they have learned.
Our school is located in a small community that does everything it can to support the school, teachers, and students.
Fourth grade is a year where they are no longer treated as babies but are expected to be independent and strong. I hope to provide them with all the materials they will need to make that happen.
My Project
I am requesting very basic school supplies for the students in my classroom. Supplies such as; scissors, glue and writing paper. Unfortunately only about 5 out of my 24 students entered my classroom bringing supplies that are needed on an everyday basis.
I unfortunately, when moving from my 3rd to a new 4th grade classrooom left all my classroom scissors for the new teacher in that classroom, thinking my new room would come supplied with some supplies as well and unfortunately I was wrong.
For the first part of the school year my students have been doing a lot of sharing and while they are happy to share, I’d love to give them their very own items.
