This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class is seeking hands-on scientific tools for our classroom to inspire future scientists. We have a unit on becoming a scientist and proper use of their tools. We have many tools but no microscopes! These microscopes will elevate their interest and hopefully inspire other wonderful learning.

Kindergarten loves to play while they are learning!

These microscopes will provide opportunities to expand our science learning and encourage more inquiry. The talking microscope gives additional information to the student as they look at the slides. I want to encourage STEM learning while exploring and discovering nature.
