This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students' resilience, curiosity, and drive to learn, despite the challenges they face. These science kits will provide hands-on experiences, making complex concepts like energy, ecosystems, and forces come to life. For example, students will use energy kits to build simple circuits, helping them understand how electricity flows. With ecosystem models, they can observe how plants grow and interact with their environment, connecting classroom lessons to real-life science.

These resources will also bridge language gaps in our dual-language class.

When conducting experiments, students can engage in both English and Spanish, ensuring all learners actively participate and understand. Through hands-on activities, my students will develop problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a deeper love for learning.
