My Project

The items I am requesting will help enhance our reading and writing curriculum, giving students hands on activities to reinforce phonics skills.

The goal of the project is to improve decoding and encoding skills which will lead to increased fluency in reading and writing for kindergarten students.

My students are always eager to learn. We don't often have the resources to give students hands on experiences. These resources will help give those students small group activities to build fluency. Increasing student fluency will help build their reading comprehension. Strong fluency and comprehension will help develop life long readers and writers.
