Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
How can we help our students think like scientists? In order to think like scientists, our students need to have access to the instruments that real scientists use. We can use these multi-purpose tools to observe how thermal energy is transferred, how atoms are linked together, how science is important in our daily lives, organisms depend on other and the importance of science to create new things for survival.
These tools will help students visualize these abstract concepts, as well as just be really cool while experimenting.
All these science concepts make students understand the world and why things happen. Nowadays, it's very important for them not only to have memorized concepts, but also understand the reasons and apply them using the engineering process.
