This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year I have the privilege to teach Environmental Science and Physical Science to 9th and 10th grade students. Each class period is filled with very energetic and enthusiastic children. For this school year, my students have worked hard and diligently on Science Interactive Notebooks, which are filled with crafty and interactive activities such as vocabulary foldable, sketches/diagrams of different science concepts, and colorful notes that help to increase their attention levels and keep them engaged while they work. Arts and crafts supplies such as colorful pens, markers, highlighters, glue sticks, staplers, and scissors are what make creating these interactive notebooks possible. By donating to my project you will be supporting our efforts and helping provide the materials and supplies we need to continue these activities.
